All items are handmade and are therefore subject to the possibility of slight imperfections and variations. I will never send out a product that is not up to my standards. However, if you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 business days after receiving. Please include details and photos of the item and your order number. Requests for replacement, return, or refund will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 

Repairs or replacements for items that broke at NO FAULT to the customer (e.g., a post coming off an earring) will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Again, please include details, photos, and your order number so you may be assisted effectively.
